All deliveries are made carriage free.

Orders for general office supplies placed online, by telephone or email before 4:30pm that are in stock will be delivered next working day. Where a product ordered is out of stock, we will replace it with an equivalent of the same or higher quality, wherever possible at no additional cost to fulfil the order.

Orders for office machines that are in stock and placed by 4:30pm are usually delivered next working day. Some heavier equipment may take longer as this may arrive directly from the manufacturer. All machines are delivered as boxed from the manufacturer and will need to be unpacked and set up by the customer.

Orders for office furniture and business seating, in some cases, stock permitting, can be delivered next working day but this will only be delivered by a courier kerbside (ground floor) and will require self-assembly.

We recommend that our delivery and installation service is used for these products as they are delivered by our specialist installers, who unpack, assemble and install to a room of your choice, in any location and remove the packaging for recycling. This service can be arranged, usually within 10 working days. This is to accommodate the most efficient route planning helping to mitigate our carbon footprint.

Orders for printed products have varying deliveries times depending on the complexity of the item ordered. Delivery dates will be advised at the time of ordering.

All deliveries require a signature.
